How often do you perform dog waste removal services?
Daily, weekly, bi-weekly—really anytime you need us.

Do you provide your service in the winter or when it rains?
Yes we do. But if the snow/rain is to heavy we will reschedule by way of a phone call to you.

What about weekends and Holidays?
Yes we will come to your property on weekends. As for holidays, we will come if you need us to the day before if that is what you need.

Can our dog be in the yard while you are working?
We love dogs. If he/she is friendly that will be fine.

What if I want to skip a service day?
All you have to do is call us 24 hours ahead and we will be happy to help you. You will not be charged for that service you skipped.

Is there anything to sign?
At I GOTTA GO we work from Service Agreements. These do need to be signed but, they can be canceled at any time with 30 days written or oral authorization from you.

How do I pay you?
I GOTTA GO bills you once per month. We will mail your invoice to you at the end of each month.

Is there an extra charge for the initial visit?
Unless there has been neglect—not usually.

Is it possible to get a one-time only service?
Yes just call us for your free estimate.

Do you offer any customer referral incentives?
